- Discounts for groups of up to 70 people are available on select Monday - Thursday. Please call for details.
- Rates quoted are for a seven and one half (7 ½) hour period. This block of time consists of two (2) hours for setting up before an event begins, 4 hours for the actual function, and another one and one half (1 ½) hours for cleaning after an event ends. In no case will the block of time for an evening event commence prior to 5p.m. on weekdays.
- To extend the time beyond the 7 ½-hour block (add more hours), the charge is $500 per additional hour. However, to extend the time past 11 p.m. on a Friday or Saturday night there is an additional charge of $1,500.
- To slide your 7 ½-hour block of time to start earlier than 6pm on Saturday or Sunday, the rate increases, because it eliminates our ability to book 2 events on that day. For this altered hour scenario on Saturdays and Sundays;add $900.
- For a Daytime or Evening event that includes a wedding ceremony and reception at Top of the Town, there is an additional $800 charge for ½ hour of seating and ½ hour of ceremony time. Half hour rehearsals can be scheduled one day prior to the ceremony for $400.
- For weekends where Monday is a holiday, the Sunday night rate is the same as a Saturday evening.
- Discounts for small groups are available Monday - Thursday. Please call for details 703-387-8696.
- Special arrangements and rates apply for rentals on the Fourth of July and New Years Eve.
- Top of the Town will guarantee a date only after a contract is signed and accepted, and a deposit received. At the time the contract is signed, a non-refundable payment of 50% of the reception facility rental price is required. The balance and a refundable security deposit are due no later than 2 months before the event date.
- Live music is permitted on Friday night, Saturday day or night, Sunday during the day only and New Years Eve. Recorded music is permitted at other times.

- A $200 per hour moving is charged for bringing in furniture, trees, a dance floor or props from a third party vendor. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
